Questions about the product, a deck that failed to generate, editor behaviour, or your account: email support@slideformat.com from your account address and describe what happened (the deck title and approximate time help us find the run).

Purchases are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle issues the invoice, collects tax, and processes refunds. For an invoice, a payment query, or a refund, use paddle.net and “find my order” with the email address you used at checkout.

You can also email support@slideformat.com and we will forward the request to Paddle. Refunds of unused credits are accepted within 30 days of purchase — see the Refund Policy for the full terms and what happens to your credits.

To access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to ask anything about this policy, email support@slideformat.com from your account address. We respond within one month — see the Privacy Notice for the data we hold and the rights available to you.

To report content you believe infringes your rights, email support@slideformat.com with the subject line “IP complaint”, identifying the material, the right you say is infringed, and how to reach you. We review every report and will tell you the outcome.
